Waycom has a strong awareness and understanding of the realities particularly facing Pacific communities in a more holistic manner that includes their social, cultural, economic and spiritual aspirations. As a result we can effectively engage and connect with Pacific people in a way that relates and appreciates the context of their community and family environment.

Waycom is able to capture and translate feedback from the Pacific ethnic specific communities and other ethnic communities into meaningful insights. Waycom can assist clients in the development and implementation of their communications strategy and plans when targeting ethnic communities. In the area of research and evaluation, we can conduct both quantitative and qualitative projects and also project manage from small to large events with Pacific and non-Pacific communities from across New Zealand and in the Pacific.
